The Pattern Book provides
guiding principles and standards for future development,
within a framework that focuses mixed use residential and
commercial development in a Town Center, Villages and
Hamlets. These comprehensively planned concepts uphold
the quality of critical natural areas and systems and
provide that the community is tied together with a network
of transportation facility options that include the spectrum
from urban scale streets to alleyways, multi-use paths, and
autonomous vehicle paths. The Pattern Book embodies
comprehensive plan policies in a format that helps the staff
and development community identify applicable
parameters and standards to future development relative
to its location and envisioned character.

Project Cost: $30,000
Related Discipline: Drafting of Codes, Standards and Ordinances, Sustainable Design, Street Graphics and Wayfinding,
Streetscape Design

25.
