Primary duties included rezonings, site planning and subdivision design, <br />development permitting and site feasibility studies. <br />¬ Lee County Division of Community Development, Fort Myers, FL - Senior Planner - <br />Served as Site Plan Review Coordinator for Lee County and administered the initial <br />implementation of the Lee County Development Standards Ordinance. Duties included <br />reviewing proposed development plans for compliance with County zoning regulations, <br />comprehensive plan consistency and coordinating the site plan review process with other <br />County agencies.
