John’s experience includes both design and CEI on various projects throughout Lee, Hendry, Glades and Charlotte counties. Serving <br />as design engineer and senior inspector on many of these projects has given John an understanding of <br />what it takes to successfully complete both the design and construction phases of a project. Relevant CEI Experience <br />¬ Helms Roadway Extension, Hendry County - John is currently serving as the Senior Inspector <br />and Assistant PA for approximately three miles of new four-lane urban roadway <br />improvements. His roles include soil density testing and sampling, concrete testing, review of <br />pay requests, shop drawings and RFI’s. This project includes the construction of four box <br />culverts and one box culvert extension. John also served as a design team member on this <br />project. <br />¬ County Road 720, Glades County - John participated in both the design and construction <br />inspection for approximately two miles of roadway resurfacing and drainage improvements. <br />This project was completed on time and on budget. <br />¬ County Road 78 Phase III, Hendry County - John served as both a design team member and <br />inspector for the construction of approximately three miles of roadway widening, associated <br />drainage and milling and resurfacing. This project has been completed. <br />¬ County Road 78 Phase VI, Hendry County - John served as both a design team member and <br />Inspector for the construction of approximately one and a half miles of roadway widening, box <br />culvert extension and milling and resurfacing. This project has been completed. <br />¬ Airglades Waste Water Treatment Plan, Hendry County - Inspector for the filling of a 17 <br />acre sprayfield and utility improvements for a waste water treatment plant. This project has <br />been completed. <br />¬ Airglades Water Tank Construction, Hendry County - John served as an inspector for the <br />construction of a 500,000 gallon pre-stressed water tank and utility improvements. This project <br />is substantially complete. <br />¬ Whisper Creek Box Culvert, Hendry County - John served as both a design team member <br />and inspector for the construction of a cast in place box culvert and miscellaneous roadway <br />improvements. This project has been completed. <br /> <br />Relevant Design Experience <br />¬ County Road 771, Charlotte County - Team member for the design of approximately two <br />and a half miles of roadway widening from two to four lane rural roadway including all <br />associated drainage, permitting, signalization, and signing and pavement marking. This project is <br />currently under construction. <br />¬ County Road 733, Glades County - Design team member for milling and resurfacing, drainage <br />improvements and signing and marking. This project has been completed. <br />¬ State Road 739 Miscellaneous Improvements, Lee County - Design team member for <br />roadway improvements including the addition of drainage structures, sidewalk reconstruction, <br />driveway reconstruction and placement of fencing. This project has been completed. <br />¬ Alico Road, Lee County - Team member for the design of approximately two miles of <br />roadway widening from two to four lane urban roadway including all associated drainage, and <br />permitting. This project is currently underway. <br />¬ Gasparilla Road, Charlotte County - Team member for the design of approximately one half <br />mile of roadway widening, milling and resurfacing.
