Addressed all technical issues required by Chapter 163, 9J-5 of the Florida Administrative Code and the Broward County Land Use Plan. The focus of the community was to protect the character of the 1 and 2 story residential areas. While they wanted a form base approach, they also wanted to maintain control of more conventional zoning parameters, such as setbacks.
