In addition to comprehensive planning, Mr. Cannone will assist the Department in representing various municipal clients of CGA by reviewing applications, preparing staff reports and attending meetings for current planning activities, including but not limited to development applications such as rezoning, site plan and plat review, special exception, conditional use and amendments to the comprehensive plan. When required, Mr. Cannone will be responsible for project management, scheduling and budgeting for private and public sector clients.
