Pembroke Falls Residential Development, Pembroke Pines, Florida. Responsible for the coordinate <br />geometry calculations of lot lines, tract lines, ROW lines, and center lines for this approximately 1,400 -acre residential <br />development containing more than 2,200 lots and 200 acres of commercial tracts. Also prepared seven plats <br />comprising the entire acreage and numerous legal descriptions for easements, property transfers, conservation <br />areas, etc. <br />Country Lakes Residential Development, Miramar, Florida. This project consists of a 1,750- acre <br />development. Prepared a boundary survey and subdivided into tracts. Delineated road ROWs and center lines. Plats <br />were filed for record. <br />City of Weston, Broward County, Florida. Prepared a legal description and map of the City limits for articles of <br />incorporation, roadway inventory maps, as well as sketches and descriptions of various parcels of land. The plat site <br />plan submittals were reviewed as Calvin, Giordano & Associates' role as consultants to the City. <br />
