<br />Mr. Conner is a Florida Registered Landscape Architect with 20 years of experience in the
<br />municipal, commercial, and private sectors. As a Certified Arborist, he is also knowledgeable
<br />in all aspects of urban and community forestry planning and tree inventory /appraisal. His
<br />expertise lies in site planning, landscape and irrigation design for single - family and large
<br />multi - family, commercial, and industrial developments. He is also skilled in park and
<br />recreation planning, wetland mitigation, contract administration, site inspection, and main-
<br />tenance specification. Mr. Conner was president of Michael D. Conner & Associates, a
<br />landscape architecture firm located in Fort Lauderdale prior to joining CGA.
<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Landscape Architect/City Arborist, Cooper City Public Works, Cooper City,
<br />Florida. Administrator responsible for reviewing development plans, inspecting landscape
<br />installations, planning new park construction, and managing the City's Urban Forestry
<br />Program. Served as the Staff Liaison to the Community Appearance Board. Secured three
<br />Urban Forestry Grants, organized eight Tree Care Workshops for residents, and conducted
<br />a computerized street tree inventory of all public trees throughout the City. Prepared storm
<br />damage reports to obtain Federal Disaster Relief Funds for Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane
