Lenny Rodriguez, PE will serve as the lead drainage and permitting engineer. Lenny brings a thorough understanding of the permitting issues on this project with over 15 years of experience on municipal projects, Project Coordination One of the most critical issues will be the early coordination with local agencies and utility companies, We will conduct an initial investigative meeting with these entities in order to ascertain the status on anyon-going projects and to gather any information available for consideration under this project that will ensure conformance and acceptance of the design, This coordination will begin at the onset of the project through meetings to make them aware of the project intent, and anticipated areas of coordination, Quality Assurance/Quality Control The B&A Team fully understands that quality is our responsibility; therefore, we have assigned seasoned professional engineers to each of the major disciplines on this project to perform QA/QC review, We have always received exceptionally high grades on our projects for Quality Assurance, primarily due to our adherence to B&A's long-established Quality Assurance and Control procedures, These procedures enable independent checks of all work, including our subconsultants, B&A requires that our subconsultants present their QA plans for approval or that they adhere to our standards, We have developed a QA process that will assure a complete, accurate and quality product; ensuring our primary goal - the City's full satisfaction with the design documents, www.bermelloajamil.com 12
