<br />Mr. Alfonso possesses more than 34 years of experience in all phases of civil, traffic and transportation

<br />drainage, traffic control plan (MOT), utility coordination, signing and pavement marking, signalization,

<br />warrant analysis, collection of statistical traffic data such as rail-highway crossing (RHCI), traffic characteristic
<br />inventory (TCI), roadway characteristic inventory (RCI), turning movement, average daily traffic, vehicle gap

<br />projects for the firm thereby providing the client with direct project involvement from a Principal. Projects
