Ms. <br />Porrata also coordinates the firm's efforts in providing professional services to all areas of expertise with respect <br />to interdepartmental, regulatory agencies and clients relationship. <br /> <br />Relevant Projects: The Projects listed below are the most relevant, mainly due to the short term elapsed on <br />her association with the company. <br /> <br />SR-822 (Sheridan Street) at N. 52 Avenue, Design, FOOT, District Four, Hollywood, Florida. As the Public <br />Relations Manager, Ms. Porrata coordinated all efforts towards the preparation of the Public Involvement <br />Plan and has coordinated with the FDOT - Public Information Officer for the Public Information Workshop on <br />April, 1 2004. Responsible for the directing and coordinating of all Public functions such as: roads, sidewalks, storm water <br />management, rights-of-ways, public buildings, beautification and capital improvements. <br />. Worked under the supervision of the Village Manager. <br />. Planned, organized, directed and administered all Public Works Department including personnel (including all <br />staff performance reviews and recommendations for approval and/or denial of promotions), general <br />departmental operations, and records management and contract administration. <br />. Formulated and prescribed work within the department for all departmental staff. Appraised conditions of <br />work in the Department taking necessary steps to improved conditions <br />.
