<br />expenditures and procuring for future needs. Maintained records and consensus on all projects from planning
<br />to final construction, helping the community and the elected officials throughout the life of the project.

<br />public, elected officials and the Metropolitan Planning Organization as well as subcontracted to outside

<br />supervise and evaluate the work of assigned engineers and technicians.
