<br />Hidden Lake Office Park, Miami-Dade County, FL (2003 - 2005). Mr. van Meek served as project
<br />manager under this contract. His responsibilities were to provide consulting civil engineering services
<br />including, access roadway improvements, water transmission and distribution system and sanitary sewer
<br />collection and disposal system, to serve 16.5 acres of a commercial property containing, (7) office buildings,
<br />(1) 140 seats restaurant, and (1) 120 rooms hotel at S.W. 127 Avenue and S.W. 128 Street, in Miami-Dade
<br />County, Florida. He was personally responsible for the preliminary engineering and design services,

<br />Miami Cerebral Palsy Cluster Homes I, II, 11/ and IV, Miami-Dade County, FL (2004 - 2005). Civil
<br />engineering services for (4) prototype cluster homes including, on-site paving and drainage design, water
<br />main extensions and distribution and sanitary sewer collection including pump stations. Mr. Van Meek
<br />responsibilities included, preparation of construction contract documents, permitting process, coordination
<br />with regulatory agencies on client's behalf, cost estimating, assistance to the client during bid process, and

<br />Miami International Airport (MIA) Perimeter Road Expansion, Miami, FL Value Engineering. This
<br />project consisted of reconstructing Perimeter Road along the south portion of the airfield, realigning
<br />Perimeter Road along the east side of the Fuel Farm to NW 20th. Street, interfacing with the proposed
<br />Perimeter Road Bridge and Central Boulevard Master Plan and providing a new connection from the
<br />existing North Service Road north to the Northeast Base and Building 5A. Cost savings after Value
<br />Engineering study ranged from ($2.9) to ($6.2) million, a potential (20.6%) expense reduction.

<br />Port of Miami Cruise Terminals 8 & 9, Parking Garage, Miami, FL Value Engineering. The scope of
<br />project was to duplicate the Parking Garage for terminals 3,4 and 5 and to reorient on new site located
<br />adjacently south of Passenger Terminal 8 & 9, including the relocation of all utilities and complete redesign
<br />of the storm drainage system.
