In addition, environmental permitting <br />constraints were identified/presented in a due diligence report that addressed various site plan <br />alternatives. <br /> <br />Project Manager <br />Wastewater Reuse Feasibility Study Update <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) - Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Mr. Milian coordinated all work related to the services provided to MDWASD for the completion of a <br />Watewater Reuse Feasibility Study Update. Responsible for reviewing current and proposed regulations <br />and policies from the different pertaining agencies. Assistance with the identification of potential suitable <br />users for reuse. In charge of coordinating the preparation of an updated reuse feasibility report and <br />responsible for responding to inquiries about the reuse plan proposed. <br /> <br />Project Manager <br />Dewatering Permits <br />South Florida Water Management District - Broward and Palm Beach, FL <br />Provided support for the Master Dewatering Perm it for ST A-5 and the ST A-5 Discharge and Outlet <br />Canals for construction of levees, structures, canals, etc. <br /> <br />Principal in Charge <br />C-100, C-7, C-2 Stormwater Master Plans <br />Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management - Miami, Florida <br />In charge of the quality control of the SWMM modeling effort of the C-100, C-7, and C-2 Basin in Miami- <br />Dade County. The models were developed to analyze the existing basin wide water management system, <br />identify water quality and quantity problem areas and recommend improvements. <br /> <br />Regulatory Advisor <br />Wastewater Reuse Feasibility Study and Alternative Water Supply Plan <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department - Miami, FL <br />Directing the regulatory component of the Reuse Feasibility & Alternative Water Supply Study, including <br />identifying regulatory constraints and determining project alternatives for further evaluation. Participating <br />in public & regulator input workshops. Making special presentations to senior management & County <br />Commissioners as needed. <br /> <br />Principal in Charge <br />54" Force Main Repair Regulatory Process <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) - Miami, FL <br />An active existing 54-inch diameter sewage forcemain owned by MDWASD was ruptured due to <br />construction activities, which caused a massive spill of raw sewage into Biscayne Bay. Assisted <br />MDW ASD in expediting Emergency Authorizations to repair the ruptured sewage pipe from FDEP & <br />DERM.
