(MEI) and its subconsultants Milian, Swain and Associates, Inc., <br />Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates, Inc. and Tierra, Inc. are pleased and interested in providing <br />the services required by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />We at MEI feel that we have the experience required for this project after performing similar <br />assignments for The City of Sunny Isles, Public Works Department and Department of <br />Environmental Resource Management, the Florida Department of the Transportation and the <br />City of Miami Department of Capital Improvements among many others, in the past five years. <br /> <br />This project is of extreme importance due to the fact that it provides emergency vehicle access <br />and an emergency escape route for the neighboring community. This project will also provide a <br />beautiful facility for the pedestrians with amazing views and sunsets. This project, however, will <br />require innovative design due to many physical constraints, extensive environmental <br />coordination, and public involvement.
