PARTNER, SUPERVISORY AND STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE OF FIRM'S ASSIGNED AUDITING PERSONNEL <br /> <br />EnQaaement Partner <br />The engagement will be performed under the direct supervision of an Engagement <br />Partner. The Engagement Partner has direct responsibility for engagement policy, <br />direction, supervision, quality control, security and communication with City <br />personnel. The Engagement Partner will be responsible for the quality control, <br />supervision and confidentiality of information of the engagement and will participate <br />extensively during the various stages of the engagement. He will attend meetings, <br />respond to telephone calls and respond to specific inquiries on a day-to-day <br />basis as primary point of contact. <br /> <br />He will also be involved in: <br />Q coordinating all services to the City; <br />Q directing the development of the overall audit approach and plan; <br />Q performing an overriding review of work papers; <br />Q resolving technical accounting and reporting issues; <br />Q reviewing, approving and signing reports, management letters, and other audit <br />engagement products; <br />Q supervising subordinate staff; <br />Q ascertaining the City is pleased with all aspects of our engagement, such as <br />services and the personnel assigned; <br />o leading meetings and discussions with key management personnel; and <br />o meeting with governing board to present audit reports. <br /> <br />Antonio Grau, Jr., CPA will be the Engagement Partner. Mr. Grau has <br />extensive experience in governmental audits, and has performed governmental audits <br />for the last 22 years.
