The Engineer shall schedule and administer pre-construction meetings, periodic <br />progress meetings, and specially called meetings throughout the progress of <br />work. The Engineer shall: <br /> <br />1. Prepare agenda for meetings. <br /> <br />2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br /> <br />3. Preside at meetings. <br /> <br />4. Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> <br />5. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within five working days after <br />each meeting. <br />a. To participants in the meeting. <br />b.
