<br />JAMES E. TROWBRIDGE, P.E. - Structural Engineer
<br />Me Trowbridge has broad design and project experience in many types structural materials, building types, and
<br />building components. Buildings designed include 8 multilevel post tensioned parking garages, 6 story concrete
<br />Cincinnati Children's Hospital, 8 story concrete retail and office building, structural steel and precast racetrack
<br />grandstand seating structure, 6 story post tensioned concrete residence for elderly, and 6 to 8 story concrete block
<br />and precast slab hotels. He has also designed concrete and steel highway bridges for State of Ohio and Ohio
<br />Counties, Experience includes numerous construction site observations and a one-year full time field observation
<br />assignment for construction of a 2,400 car post-tensioned concrete parking garage at Cincinnati International
<br />Airport. Experience includes design of heavy steel offshore oil and gas production platforms including
<br />development of computer programs for non-linear ductility analysis for earthquake loading.

<br />MANUEL D. GARCIA, P.E. - Associate - Sr. Civil Engineer
<br />Me Garcia has more than 16 years experience in the areas of engineering design inspections, construction
<br />materials testing, and construction supervision. Me Garcia's broad design and construction experience includes
<br />projects within the transportation, utilities infrastructure, and site development sectors. Within the transportation
<br />sector, his experience includes projects for Miami-Dade Aviation Department, Miami-Dade County Transit,
<br />Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade County Public Works, and with numerous Municipalities
<br />within the South Florida area with respect to Utilities Infrastructure, Mr. Garcia has extensive experience in
<br />designing and construction supervision for W aterfW astewater transmission facilities as well as wastewater
<br />pumping stations. His Site Development experience includes projects for Industrial and Commercial Facilities,
<br />Residential Developments, and Health Care Facilities. Specific construction and testing experience has been
<br />obtained through his current and previous employment. Previous employment within the construction materials
<br />testing industry provided Me Garcia with specific training experience in the testing of concrete, steel, soils, and
<br />asphalt within the construction industry. Me Garcia has held previous certification in the testing of concrete as
<br />prescribed by the American Concrete Institute and AS TM. Additional certifications in the testing of soils through
<br />ASTM and Troxler training programs has provided significant of exposure in wide variety oftesting methods and
<br />procedures.

<br />In addition to testing, Me Garcia has additionally provided threshold type inspections involving steel placement,
<br />pile monitoring, and concrete placement. Within the construction industry, Me Garcia has served in the capacity
<br />of Resident Engineer on Miami Made Transit projects such as the South Miami Parking Garage and Coral Way
<br />Bus facility. Supplemental CEI experience include the preparations of contract bidding documents, assistance in
<br />the contractor selection process, construction cost estimates, estimation of quantities, construction supervisions,
<br />claim negotiations and dispute resolution, scheduling verification, payment requisition review and approval, and
<br />project closeout documentation.
