'" '" , I I I Rolando Conesa, AlA - Principal in Charge, Design Principal Mr. Conesa, a Principal with MGE, has over twenty years experience encompassing the design of a variety of Healthcare and Laboratory projects, including ancillary department expansions, additions to diagnostic centers, nursing homes, outpatient facilities and complete new hospital and Laboratory structures. In addition to architectural design, his experience is strong in planning, programming and development of Construction Documents. He has developed a forte in master planning, programming, and aesthetic design of new medical facilities and modernization/expansion projects for hospitals. Mr. Conesa is viewed as a expert in the design of complex and specialized facilities. Lenny Padron - Project Manager Mr. Padron has over twenty years of experience in project design and production of construction documents within a variety of architectural and structural engineering firms. Not only has he been in the industry for over twenty years, he has managed parking garages that average between 800 and 1000 spaces. He specifically worked on the 265 parking space Park One Garage on Miami Beach, the 825 Car garage at South Miami Hospital and the design of the 1,100 car garage at Boca Raton Community Hospital. With an emphasis on construction documents, his experience includes management of project team, coordination of engineering disciplines and specialized consultants, knowledge of medical and dietary equipment, building products and systems, cost estimating and key elements for issuing well coordinated documents. He has served as project architect for clients in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Padron has extensive involvement during the construction phase of many of his projects. William Reed, RA - Construction Administration r With over twenty-five years of experience within the architectural and construction industries, Mr. Reed is responsible for the construction administration of multi-million dollar projects. These buildings range in construction value and consist of major renovations, modernization programs and newly constructed facilities. His expertise as an architect with responsibilities during the construction phase promotes accuracy and provides knowledge beyond the bricks and mortar, into the design intention with particular emphasis on the building detail.
