Submit signed and sealed drawings to the Building Department and other agencies as <br />required for permit. <br /> <br />2. Assist City with procurement of materials testing and threshold inspections. <br /> <br />3. Attend pre-construction meeting. <br /> <br />4. Issue Certificates for Payment, Construction Change Directives, Change Orders, <br />Supplemental Instructions and Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br /> <br />5. Schedule site visits during the construction phase as required to verify compliance with <br />design/shop drawings and approved materials. We would also visit the precast plant, if <br />precast concrete is the selected structural system. <br /> <br />6. Provide field reports for each site visit. <br /> <br />7. In addition to site visits above, prepare agenda and administer construction meetings and <br />provide minutes of such meetings. <br /> <br />8. Receive and review design/shop drawings and material submittals to confirm design intent. <br /> <br />9. Respond to Requests for Information. <br /> <br />10. Provide substantially complete observation and prepare punch list of outstanding items for <br />distribution. <br /> <br />11. Provide Record Drawings based on information provided by the General Contractor in both <br />hard reproducible copy and electronically. <br /> <br />12. Review contractor completion of the final punch list, including post-construction site visits to <br />confirm punch list is complete. <br /> <br />13. Compile shop drawings, catalog data, warrants, certification, maintenance manuals, and <br />manufacturer's operation instructions and deliver to City. <br /> <br />14. Perform 11th month walk-through before guaranty/warranty expiration. <br /> <br />Anticipated Permits and Project Requirements <br /> <br />TimHaahs will provide support in any and all permits necessary for this project. We understand <br />that the following permits may be required: <br /> <br />. City of Sunny Isles Building Permit (includes disciplines and review boards if necessary) <br />. Miami Dade Water and Sewer (WASA) <br />. Department of Environmental Services (DERM) <br />. Florida Power & Light Co. (FPL) <br /> <br />Tim~~~h~ECTS <br />
