Meet with representatives of City to discuss the design development documents. <br /> <br />10. Perform an in-house peer-review of all design documents to ensure that the original design <br />intent and technical requirements are met. <br /> <br />11. Review and report to the City findings on value management/engineering, constructability, <br />maintainability, and life cycle cost considerations to the design. <br /> <br />12. Update project cost estimate. <br /> <br />13. Attend project meetings as necessary. <br /> <br />Phase 3: Construction Documents Phase <br /> <br />Upon City's review and approval of Phase 2: Design Development, TimHaahs will perform the <br />following Construction Documentation services: <br /> <br />1. Prepare all Construction Documents consisting of General and Bidding Conditions, drawings <br />and technical specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the <br />project, including civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire <br />protection, electrical, PARCS, and graphic systems. <br /> <br />2. Submit progress documentation for Owner review and approval at the following intervals: <br /> <br />· 60% Completion <br />· 90% Completion <br />· 100% Completion <br /> <br />3. Finalize cost estimate. <br /> <br />4. Present Final design to City Council. <br /> <br />Phase 4: Bidding Phase <br /> <br />1. Assist City with advertisement for Bids. <br /> <br />2. Prepare pre-bid meeting agenda, review with City, conduct pre-bid meeting and prepare <br />meeting minutes. <br /> <br />3. Provide clarifications and answer questions from prospective bidders via addenda. <br /> <br />4. Review bids received along with supporting qualifications of bidders and assist City in the <br />recommendation of award. <br /> <br />Tim~~~h~ECTS <br />
