KACO's geotechnical experience with +/- 15 projects in Sunny
Isles Beach makes the Spillis Candela DMJM Team very
knowledgeable of current soil conditions which will result in
more cost effective foundations for the proposed Heritage Park
Garage. KACO's services have also included the installation
of groundwater wells, vent wells, well development, well
abandonment, well retrofitting, and subsurface percolation tests.

KACO maintains an office in Miami. Its facility features a full
range of consulting services as well as a soils and materials
testing laboratory. Their office is fully computerized to enhance
individual technical strengths. KACO's staff consists of 30
support.

Utilizing its own state-of-the-art equipment, such as mobile
B-80 drill rig, and dealing with certified analytical laboratories,
KACO can conduct cost and time efficient field investigations
and assessment studies, as well as monitoring and recovery well
installations, in preparation for site remedial actions and closure
activities. To date, KACO has installed hundreds of permanent
and temporary monitoring wells throughout South Florida.

As a small firm, KACO has the ability to exercise a great deal of
flexibility during the various stages of projects for the purpose
