He prepared plans for the signalization of six intersections and the associated <br />communications interconnect for the Tampa-Hillsborough County, Expressway Authority, Brandon <br />Parkway project. Mr. Novell also conducted field reviews at 408 intersections within 12 city <br />neighborhoods for the City of Tampa Neighborhood Speed Reduction project. <br /> <br />Jim Gugliotti, IMSA II, Senior ITS Technician, has over 26 years of experience. He is an electronics <br />expert that can install and repair any signal equipment presently used in the State of Florida. Mr. <br />Gugliotti conducted timing analyses and fine-tuning for the Broward, Collier, Manatee, Pinellas, Pasco, <br />and Hillsborough counties retiming projects. He performed construction CEI duties for the installation of <br />175 511 signs for the Tampa Bay A TIS - 511 Services project. Mr. Gugliotti served as Senior ITS <br />Technician on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge VMS, where he inspected and tested 21 CCTV cameras, a <br />fiber optic cable network, and the central hardware.
