In addition, Mr. Murali currently serves as a member of the Multiple Species Ecosystem Recovery <br />Implementation Team (MERIT) of US Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of Interior. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Murali has completed permitting of hundreds of projects through all the water management districts, Corps, FDEP, and <br />local governments. These include projects with different levels of impact to natural resources and sensitive areas and <br />dressing public policy issues. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />The Promenade at Lyons, Broward County, Florida - New construction of a Life Style Amenity Center on an <br />approximately 20.0-acre former agricultural site. Project responsibilities included: Wetland delineation, county and federal <br />wetlands permitting, wetland mitigation assessment, project coordination meetings, site plan and plat approvals. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Border Patrol at Dania Beach, Dania Beach, Florida - The Border Patrol at Dania Beach is a privately owned commercial <br />building, designed for the lease and use of the Department of Homeland Security. The project site encompasses 4.4 acres <br />and is located in the City of Dania Beach, Broward County, Florida, directly east of the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood <br />International Airport. The proposed facility consists of a 30,000 square foot building with associated parking and <br />infrastructure. Langan performed a subsurface investigation and prepared a thorough engineering report addressing site <br />preparation procedures, ground improvement options, cost comparisons, and foundation recommendations for efficient <br />cost-effective support of this proposed structure and site infrastructure. Langan prepared the site plan; utility plans; paving, <br />grading, and drainage plans; and coordinated the preparation of the plat, landscape plan, and lighting plan. Langan also <br />coordinated the project approval with the client, other consultants, attorneys, and government officials. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Thoroughbred Estates, Okeechobee County, Florida - Project Manager for Okeechobee Estates, LLC for a 900 acre <br />single family residential project in Okeechobee, Florida. The project involves the design and approval of a residential <br />community with major approvals from Okeechobee County and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). These <br />include Environmental Resource Permit (ERP), Works of the District, Site Plan and Plat approvals. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CNC Ranch, Okeechobee County, Florida - Project Manager for CNC Ranch for a 450 acre single family residential project <br />in Okeechobee, Florida. The project involves the design and approval of a residential community with major approvals from <br />Okeechobee County and SFWMD. These approvals include ERP, Works of the District, Site Plan and Plat approvals. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sun'N Lakes, Highlands County, Florida - Project Manager for National Recreational Properties, Inc for a major residential <br />subdivision in Sebring, Florida. The project involves creating and retrofitting storm water drainage systems with approvals <br />from Sun'N Lakes Improvement District, SWFWMD, Highlands County, and US Army Corps of Engineers.
