We <br />realistically feel that these resources are more than sufficient to carry out any assignments under <br />this contract. However, since a definite project scope has not been defined at this point, we can <br />only estimate as to the total hours required to service this contract. <br />4.4.5 Budget Monitoring and eontrol <br />BCC will develop and implement a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based <br />on a logical organization of the work with the flexibility to adjust to the <br />evolution of the project. The WBS will include all tasks and any overall <br />management tasks, but will be primarily directed towards deliverable products. <br />The WBS will form the basis for identifying schedule activities and monitoring <br />cost. <br />We will also develop standard cost control reports for every level of the WBS, consistent with <br />the schedule and will track original budget, earned value, approved changes, current budget, <br />current expenditures, estimate to complete, pending changes, and anticipated changes. The cost <br />reports will compare planned versus actual expenses and will identify variance at the cost <br />account level. <br />4.5 Quality Assurance / Quality Control <br />Quality Assurance and Control begins with BCC's commitment to the City of Sunny Isles to <br />provide qualified professionals that are experienced in all required disciplines.
