The status report will also include an executive <br />summary with narratives regarding the accomplishment for the month, projected activities for the <br />following month, and identification of issues along with suggested approaches and resolutions. <br /> <br />4.4.3 Project Schedule <br /> <br />BCC Team will develop and present a project schedule as part of any proposal to the City and <br />with input from the City's Project Manager, further detail the schedule and develop logical and <br />achievable tasks. Throughout the project we will continuously review and update the schedule. <br /> <br />4.4.4 Staff Availability <br /> <br />BCC team member's current workload ensures that we have the resources to effectively carry out <br />assignments under the General Engineering Services contract. A representation of key team <br />member's current job commitment and availability is presented below.
