Hines & Selection Committee Members: <br /> <br />A&P Consulting Transportation Engineers Corp. (APCTE) is pleased to submit this Technical <br />Proposal to provide professional engineering services for civil engineering related work to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach for this solicitation. APCTE is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm <br />based in Miami-Dade County which was incorporated in the State of Florida in January 1995. In the <br />last twelve years, APCTE has expanded and developed highly specialized expertise in the fields of <br />Roadway and Drainage Design; Traffic, Transportation & Transit; Water Distribution and Wastewater <br />Collection Design, including design of sanitary pump stations; General Lighting and Electrical <br />Generation & Substation Design; Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) and Project <br />Management. <br /> <br />Our annual revenue for the last two years was $6,161,215.99 in 2005 and $6,178,506.51 in 2006 and <br />we are a privately owned corporation. Preparation of Complete Construction Contract Plans and Special Provisions and <br />General Design Work - to prepare a complete set of construction plans. <br />. Traffic and Transportation Engineering - including field data collection and analysis for <br />preparation of safety and traffic operation studies. <br />. Sanitary Engineering - including the planning, modeling, analysis and design of water <br />distribution lines, gravity sewer lines, force mains and pump stations. <br />.
