Therefore, we offer the following construction engineering and inspection services: · Project management · Schedule control · Cost control · Contract administration · Expert witness testimony Our project managers are experienced and trained in planning, organizing, and monitoring a wide variety of construction projects. They help our clients define project goals, coordinate team communications, and establish reporting systems that assure the successful completion of their projects. They also provide complete contract administration and construction engineering and inspection services. For instance, our construction personnel will monitor the contractor's on-site construction operations and materials. They will test materials and review specifications and other contract documents to ensure quality workmanship and conformance to plans. Our inspectors are experienced, trained, and certified by the Florida Department of Transportation. Highway Engineering Services The Keith and Schnars Team provides roadway engineering design and related services for all types of roadway improvement projects from two (2) lane undivided local access roads to multi- lane divided collector/arterial roadways to major interstate highway and interchange design. Our clients include FDOT, city and county governments, and private developers, many' of which have utilized our services for many years. This is a testament to the high quality product that we deliver on-schedule and under budget. A typical scope of services may include roadway analysis and plans production, drainage analysis, utility coordination, acquisition of engineering and environmental permits, signing and pavement marking analysis and plans production, signalization analysis and plans production, roadway lighting analysis and plans production, bid administration, and post design services. Our considerable experience can be of great assistance to the City of Sunny Isles Beach as it maintains and upgrades its infrastructure to continually serve its residents. Roadway Analysis and Plans Production The Keith and Schnars Team has extensive experience and expertise evaluating all aspects of the roadway design process, including the development of typical sections, flexible and rigid pavement designs, access management, and horizontal and vertical alignment features.
