<br />Eric Penfield, P.E., has been specifically selected to lead this Team. He has over II years of
<br />experience providing municipal engineering services for a multitude of cities in south Florida,
<br />including the City of Sunny Isles Beach for the past five years. His services have included
<br />performing traffic engineering reviews of site plans, plats, land use change applications, and
<br />master plans; parking demand and supply studies for projects ranging in size from a local
<br />shopping center to 5 downtown square blocks; traffic safety studies; traffic concurrency study
<br />reviews; queuing analyses. signal warrant and stop-sign control studies; as well as providing
<br />expert witness testimony during quasi-judicial hearings on behalf of many municipalities. Mr.
<br />Penfield has also previously provided transportation engineering consulting services to the city in
<br />the past, and has intimate knowledge of the issues that the City of Sunny Isles Beach faces.
