The average cost overun for our six-year average is only 4%, and our construction time overrun is 1%. No other firm selected by FDOT in the past six years has completed this volume of work, and maintained such low overruns in cost and time. Dynamic Growth and Expansion The success we have enjoyed over the years has fueled our growth and expansion, and today we are the fifth largest engineering firm in Florida and the state's leading provider of surveying services. With 270 employees, 65 licensed in their respective fields, our eight offices across Florida are currently providing a wide array of services, some of whic;h are discussed immediately below. , Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering Services The Keith and Schnars team has a long history of providing municipal traffic engineering consulting services in South Florida. Led by Eric Penfield, P.E., the designated consultant project manager for this contract who has personally provided these same type of traffic engineering consulting services for over 10 other municipalities (including the City of Sunny Isles Beach), our staff have been retained to perform traffic engineering services for many county and municipal clients. Many of these cities and counties have utilized our services for years, including the City of Boca Raton (ongoing since 1995), the City of Fort Lauderdale (ongoing since 2002), and the City of Port St Lucie (ongoing since 2002).
