Our client base also includes private sector organizations who are interested in developing transportation system elements throughout the state. I TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES I RS&H has successfully developed an information technology infrastructure that not only seamlessly integrates its own geographically dispersed and highly specialized resources, including that of its clients, vendors, subcontractors and regulatory agencies to create a virtual corporation that facilitates improved planning, design and construction administration in less time with reduced rework because of timely, accurate communication of project information to appropriate team members. Software - All RS&H associates have access either through network or locally installed applications to the tools that best support their work processes. For word processing and spreadsheets needs the Windows Office Suite of products is used. In CADD, Microstation, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, AutoCAD Land Development Desktop with Civil, 3-D Studio Max, Path Planner and V-Ray software are utilized for production documents. The Equorum Network Plotting System is used for all corporate plotting. Engineering and analysis functions are supported by a host of specialized applications such as Geopak, SWMM (Stormwater Management Model), HEC-RAS (River Analysis System), AdlCPR (Advanced Interconnected Channel and Pond Routing), ASAD (Storm Sewer Design Software), STAAD-III, DOE-2, etc. Integrated office automation tools are provided through Microsoft Office. BST Enterprise running on Windows Server supports project management, finance and accounting operations and is accessible via the company's Intranet. Project management is supported by a combination of Primavera SureTrak, Expedition, and Microsoft Project. These tools are used both to manage projects for our clients and to efficiently apply the highly diverse project delivery skills of over 800 associates in 28 locations nation-wide and to assure that staff utilization and productivity remains high and that project schedules, budgets and administrative requirements are met. : QUALITY CONTROL The RS&H Team is well aware of the potential for construction time extensions and cost overruns as it relates to the quality of design and preparation of construction documents. We are committed to providing the City with utmost quality engineering services in order to satisfy the contractual requirements. Our project team will prepare and adhere to a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) detailing the quality control and quality assurance procedures to be used for the design and production activities.
