Smith, P.E., Senior Vice President &. COO, will be the Project Manager and <br />will be the primary contact for this project. Steve is an expert in stormwater and <br />transportation projects. Responsibilities include management of daily business operations for 50 <br />+ member civil engineering and surveying firm with gross sales of $5.5 + Million. Steve oversees <br />all areas of business including engineering, surveying, construction management services, <br />accounting and human resources. In addition, Steve manages all stormwater, <br />transportation/roadway projects including studies, reports and design and ensures the proper <br />allocation of resources, staffing, financial management, quality control and timely project <br />completion. <br /> <br />Gene R. Schriner, P.E., President of CAS, will serve as Quality Assurance. Gene is <br />responsible for the business development of our civil engineering and surveying firm with gross <br />sales of $5.5 + Million. Gene also supervises and manages the Governmental and Utility Consulting <br />Department and has secured and developed over 20 municipal clients throughout South Florida. <br />Gene provides professional engineering consulting services to Glades County and Okeechobee <br />County. Gene has directed the design and permitting of a 4.5 acre landfill addition at the <br />Okeechobee County Landfill. Gene is the County Engineer for Okeechobee and has been <br />
