<br />wide stormwater improvements as well as local and state roadway improvements. Mr. Schriner has
<br />been directly involved with the development of three (3) 80 acre+ industrial parks including water,
<br />sewer, paving and drainage design and project funding.
<br />
<br />Kouroche Mohandes, P.E., Director of Construction Management, has 20 years of diverse
<br />construction engineering, transportation planning, policy, finance, design of highways and
<br />utilities, and inspection and management experience. While employed with the Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FDOT) District VI in Miami, Mr. Mohandes gained significant
<br />government relations experience transcending all modes of transportation and levels of
<br />government. Since 2005, Mr. Mohandes has been self-employed as an engineering consultant,
<br />specializing in major project management and facilitation, and government relations.

<br />Aurelio Matos, Project Manager of Construction Management, has 23 years of experience in the
<br />transportation Engineering field specializing in Construction Engineering, Inspection and
<br />Management (CEI&M), as well as Transportation Engineering design. He has worked on various
<br />roadway, bridge, and utility projects with an aggregate dollar value in excess of $200 million. He
<br />has the final estimates (close-out) package for all construction projects that he has worked on
<br />since 1985. Aurelio was recipient of the 1999 FDOT/FTBA Rural construction of SW 137th Avenue
<br />(Tallahassee Road) project in Miami-Dade County, as well as the 2002 FDOT/FTBA Major
<br />Interchange Award for the construction of the SR 826/NW 58th Street, Interchange project. The
<br />latter project received the 2002 National Asphalt Paving Association (NAPA) award for excellence
<br />in construction.

<br />Orlando Rubio, P.E., Senior Supervising Engineer, is a designer of various surface water
<br />management systems as well as preparation of permit packages and submittals to appropriate
<br />permitting agencies.
<br />
<br />AI Caruso, E.I., is a Project Engineer responsible for the design of various components of land
<br />development engineering projects including design, calculations, cost estimates and certifications,
<br />feasibility studies and phase I environmental site assessments.
<br />
<br />William P. Snow, P.E., Vice President of Environmental Engineering / Engineering Design, has
<br />extensive stormwater management system, master plans, water, sewer, design and construction
<br />management experience. In addition, Bill is a renowned expert in Florida with respect to Reverse
<br />Osmosis Water Treatment Plant design. Bill has been involved with the design and construction
<br />of numerous municipal projects.

<br />William H. Landis, P.E., Sr. Supervising Engineer is a mechanical engineer with over 40 years
<br />of experience (27 years in Florida) working with process pumping, piping, air handling, material
<br />conveyance and controls for treatment plants and pump stations.
<br />Bill Landis has worked with CAS since 1980 and has designed, permitted, managed construction
<br />and assisted in project funding and financial analysis for numerous projects throughout Florida.
<br />
<br />Greg A. Giarratana, Senior Project Engineer/Manager, Greg has over 29 years experience in
<br />the planning and design of water and wastewater facilities. Also experienced in water and sewer
<br />system modeling.
