Grain size analysis (mechanical) <br /> <br />Any structure built in the State of Florida that is four floors or more, 50 feet <br />high or has an occupancy rating of 500 people is subject to mandatory <br />structural inspections by a representative of the owner. NUTTING has the <br />required personnel and expertise to provide this particular service. Our <br />certified building inspectors perform under the general supervision of the in- <br />house special/threshold inspector (James J. Flaig, P.E., 30+ years <br />experience) and a project engineer. Inspections are provided for both <br />threshold and non-threshold buildings, i.e. special inspections, which can <br />include steel inspections. All building inspectors are experienced in various <br />construction techniques and are either graduate engineers or certified by <br />Florida Building Codes and Standards. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />NUTTING'S Environmental Division provides full-service Environmental Services, <br />performing extensive work in the areas of phase 1/11 environmental property assessments, <br />contamination assessments, remedial action design and implementation, well drilling <br />services, hydro geologic investigations and professional environmental consulting services. <br />The demands of commercial real estate transactions, the myriad of environmental <br />regulations, and both documented and undocumented contaminant releases at properties <br />pose potential liabilities to parties involved with such transactions.
