Our team has developed a strict Safety Program, standard method of operations
and employee training program to minimize risks at all costs, taking all precautions against accidents, injuries,
liabilities and other work stoppages for the benefit of and to protect our personnel, our clients and the safety of
all parties involved.

Ms. Allen's' daily procedures include un-announced job-site visits ("safety checks") to ensure appropriate
safety harnesses/vests, hard hats, footwear and procedures are being implemented. Through use of our GPS
tracking system she also monitors the speed and driving patterns of the field crews. She oversees mandatory
monthly safety meetings, as well as our stringent Drug Free Workplace Program, which involves pre-
employment and random drug testing of every employee regardless of rank or position. (Five to six employees
are randomly chosen per month by an outside drug testing agency. Employees immediately dispatched to
testing site.) She is also overseeing the CPR and First Aid training of every field and in-house Nutting
employee.

PROJECT APPROACH

NUTTING has been committed to the construction community of South Florida for 40 years. We have an
established project approach tailored to fit the specific needs and requirements for each project and THE CITY
to ensure 100% satisfaction and goal attainment. Our vast relevant experience and knowledge supports a plan
that is viable, reasonable and responsive and can be easily implemented by THE CITY.

The foundation of this project approach is COMMUNICA TlON throughout all phases of the project. Another
key element includes project coordination between THE CITY officials and NUTTING team members to ensure
complete understanding of project objectives conducted through a detailed review of project documents,
project specifications, plans and construction schedule to determine anticipated staff needs, as well as
budgetary needs. In the case of geotechnical exploration (soil borings), our project manager(s) meet with the
structural engineers to review/discuss bearing capacity requirements and foundation design.

Once this information is established, it is followed by the performance of the requested services by a trained
member(s) of our team. During field explorations, should the drill crew encounter conditions out of the
ordinary, the project manager/engineer is immediately contacted to provide immediate direction as far as the
need for additional or deeper borings. If during the field explorations and engineering review of boring logs,
environmental concerns or other potential risks arise, our engineers will discuss with THE CITY in detail their
findings, concerns and recommendations for any further testing or investigations they feel would limit or
eliminate liability and reduce or potentially increase cost on behalf of THE CITY.

The execution of these services also includes proper handling, storage and delivery of samples to laboratory
personnel. After the laboratory testing is complete, the results of the project to this point, which has been
continuously directed and overseen by the project manager/engineer, is reviewed and analyzed by the
manager/engineer who analyzes the information and delivers a report of findings and recommendations to
THE CITY.

The p"roces~ _qQes_ not~toQ there.
