<br />David Gierach, P.E.
<br />
<br />Mr. Gierach serves as President for both CPH Constructors LLC and CPH Engineers, Inc. Mr. Gierach has
<br />over 18 years experience in construction and he is a Professional Engineer and Licensed General Contractor
<br />in the State of Florida, Mr. Gierach has specialized in design and construction for road projects, water,
<br />wastewater, and reclaimed water type projects. He has also worked on commercial, office and land
<br />development projects. He has extensive experience in the construction of major wastewater treatment plants,
<br />water reclamation facilities, wastewater collection systems, and reclaimed water systems, and he has
<br />provided such services to clients including the Cities of Sanford, Lake Mary, Casselberry, Winter Springs,
<br />Orlando, the U.S. Navy, Volusia County, Seminole County, and others for numerous projects. He also has
<br />extensive experience in the construction of water supply, treatment and distribution systems, and has
<br />provided services to the Cities of Sanford and Casselberry, Sanlando Utilities, Volusia County, Seminole
<br />County, and others.

<br />ML Gierach served four years as an Officer in the United States Navy, Civil Engineer Corps before joining the
<br />firm of CPH. During his time in the Navy, ML Gierach served as the Assistant Officer in Charge of
<br />Construction at Naval Weapons Support Center, Crane, Indiana. ML Gierach supervised the construction of
<br />numerous military construction projects for the U.S. Navy. He served as Project Manager in charge of the
<br />contract administration of construction contracts valued at over $6 million annually. The project types varied
<br />from the construction of a $2 million remote-controlled Plastic Bonded Explosive Production Facility to
<br />installation of force mains, water lines, office buildings, water and wastewater plant upgrades and road
<br />construction Q[oj~Gts.

<br />ML Hendrix serves the firm of CPH Engineers,-Inc~ in the capacity of Branch Manager for their Miami Office.
<br />He oversees a diverse staff that manages site development for commercial, residential, and industrial
<br />projects.
<br />
<br />ML Hendrix joined CPH in 1998. His municipal experience includes project coordination, design, and
<br />permitting of various potable water systems, wastewater systems, and stormwater management systems. He
<br />has experience in the areas of design and permitting of water supply wells, ground storage and treatment
<br />facilities, and high service pumping and distribution systems. Mr. Hendrix is also experienced with the design
<br />and permitting of various components of wastewater treatment facilities including collection systems, lift
<br />stations, treatment facilities, and package plants. His experience in stormwater management includes the
<br />design and permitting of dry and wet detention systems, drainage analysis, and modeling.

<br />His environmental experience includes Preparation of Environmental Impact Statements, Preparation of
<br />Contamination Assessments Permits, UST Compliance, USACOE Jurisdictional Determinations, Permitting,
<br />and Mitigation Design.

<br />He is currently responsible and has a thorough understand of project coordination, design, permitting, and
<br />construction administration of commercial, residential, and industrial projects throughout Puerto Rico.
