<br />Mr. Winter serves CPH Engineers, Inc., and its clientele, in the capacity of Director of the Landscape
<br />Architecture Department. Mr. Winter has over 25 years of experience in Landscape Architecture and holds a
<br />Professional Landscape Architecture License in the States of Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas and
<br />Georgia.
<br />Jim has extensive project management and construction administration experience for park and recreation
<br />facilities, water park facilities, commercial projects, residential projects, streetscapes, and institutional
<br />projects. As project manager, Jim has been responsible for managing design teams of professionals and
<br />contractors.

<br />Cypress Lakes PUD - This 117 acre Planned Unit Development includes a Traditional Town Center and
<br />walkable community design in Bunnell, Florida. Mr. Winter designed the site plan, including the street and
<br />pedestrian trail layout. The colonial themed main street includes a landscaped boulevard, ample sidewalk
<br />space for curbside cafes and street furnishings, traditionallal!lp lighting fixtures, and a featured fountain.

<br />Ms. Wright serves CPH as Director of Environmental Services. Ms. Wright has 14 years of environmental
<br />consulting experience including environmental resource assessments, habitat mapping, jurisdictional
<br />determinations, wetland functional analyses, protected wildlife surveys and management programs, and
<br />environmental resource permitting.
<br />Ms. Wright has designed and performed behavioral monitoring programs for bald eagle, Florida scrub jay, red,
<br />cockaded woodpecker, crested caracara, gopher tortoise and the sandhill crane. She has extensive
<br />experience in developing, permitting and marketing regional mitigation banks. She has also permitted,
<br />designed, monitored mitigation programs for both public and private entities. She is knowledgeable of data
<br />base programs and has performed detailed statistical analysis of environmental data. She has served as an
<br />expert witness on various environmental matters for condemnation proceedings.
<br />East Central Florida Reoional Mitioation Bank. Granoe and Seminole Counties. Florida
<br />Senior Ecologist responsible for agency and client coordination for the sale of mitigation credits. Additional
<br />responsibilities included environmental permitting, public relations, mitigation monitoring, wildlife surveys,
<br />hydrology studies and water level monitoring. Conceptual planning of the 10,OOO,:t acre regional bank's
<br />restoration and manage..ment plan.
