governments and private developers on a variety of projects. Her stormwater design capabilities include
large basin drainage studies, stormwater modeling, and permitting. She also has extensive utility design and
permitting experience, including pressure system modeling, lift station design, preparation of utility adjustment
plans, preparation of FDEP State Revolving Fund Loan program loan applications. Her roadway design
capabilities include alignment, pavement design, local collection system and stormwater management design,
preparation of signing and marking plans, and preparation of traffic control plans. Ms. Bowman also has
experience with the preparation of NPDES stormwater pollution prevention plans for construction projects.

Ms. Bowman's construction administration experience includes serving as Project Manager overseeing
Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) over numerous construction projects. Her technical
experience includes constructability reviews, writing and reviewing Change Orders, issuing contract
interpretations, and processing of Contractor payment applications. She has also prepared bid documents,
construction cost estimates, and has written technical specifications for a number of projects. Her CCS
Mr. Co-x has 33 years of experience at ali levels of construction. He has been involved in a wide variety of
projects, encompassing multiple trades, in both domestic and international markets. His experience ranges
from procurement to final completion (including estimating) of projects with a contract magnitude ranging from
five to seven figures.

Mr. Cox has experience on projects constructed for numerous agencies of the federal government such as
NASA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U. S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Florida Keys Aquaduct Authority, as
well as state and local governments in Florida. This extensive experience enlaces Mr. Cox to provide
accurate, real world analysis of design projects relating to constructability, design value, and an overview for
errors and omissions.

Mr. Cox, through his construction experience and education with a curriculum including numerous engineering
and architectural design courses, has provided valuable construction and design analysis of numerous quality
control projects since joining the CPH team. In addition to managing construction projects and providing QA
Review of design efforts, Mr. Cox has also been a part of the design process. Projects, such as the
Manalapan RO Water Treatment Plant, the Palm Coast LPRO Water Treatment Plant, and the Vacuum
Sewer Conversion Systems for Basins A%D in Key Largo are representative of design programs that Mr. Cox
has been a major part of the Design team. Recent project experience includes:
. Sanford Downtown Master Stormwater Project
. City of Stuart Sewer Evaluation
. Sanford South Water Resource Center
. City of Sanford City Hall (Remodel)
. Sanford - North Shore Marina Island Re-stabilization Project
. Department of Agriculture -Industrial Complex Renovations (Wauchula, FL)
. Palm Coast CIP 5,Year Program Management (QAlQC)
. City of Daytona - UST A Tennis Center (Design/Build)
Mr. Cox has provided numerous services for projects, including the ones identified above, that include:
