CPH <br />served as the Owner's Professional Engineer and General Contractor for design and construction of the City of Daytona Beach Tennis Center, City <br />Contract Number 2000,48. The project includes the following: 12 Pair of Lee HydroCourt Rock Pipe Fast,Dry Tennis Courts including curb, base, <br />irrigation systems, net posts, nets, center anchors, center straps, 10' fencing as shown on the Site Plan, and Hydro blend Fast-Dry surface and <br />playing lines, lighting 75 Avg. F.C. for twelve courts, Shade Areas Twelve each including a double bench, fountain, and canvas shade structure, a <br />6,000 square feet and two,story Tennis Center, a grandstand/deck for 500 seats, a 300 square feet maintenance building. <br /> <br />Daytona Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Tuskawilla Towne Center (Streetscape, Fountains and Trails) <br /> <br />Site Work included: clearing/grubbing 14 acres, filling for site by Owner, paved parking, parking/site lighting, onsite utilities, stormwater facilities, <br />landscape/irrigation per City Code, walk,ways, and an entrance road ancj deceleration lane. <br /> <br />The Winter Springs Town Center Trail is a pedestrian trail that will connect the cross state Trail with the Winter Springs Town Center. <br />The twelve foot trail is centered in the Blumberg Avenue median and terminates at the magnolia square fountain. The trail was designed <br />as a walk through a French Provincial Garden. A series of garden rooms were created, highlighted by garden pavilions, classical <br />pergolas and a welcoming fountain at the north entrance to the corridor. Landscaping is designed to be colorful and lush, with stately <br />Sylvester Palms guiding your way along the Trail. Concrete pavers were use for surfacing. Patterns change as you enter into the street <br />or into a new garden space. CPH Services included hardscape design, fountain design, civil design and landscaping and irrigation. <br /> <br />Winter S rin 5, FL <br /> <br />Sprin Hill Park <br /> <br />Volusia County, Fl <br /> <br />CPH provided preliminary engineering and site planning along with construction estimates and landscape architecture services for the expansion of <br />Spring Hill Park. Assistance was provided in public presentations and community meetings. <br /> <br />The final product will consist of phased construction plans with final engineering <br />. Expansion of an existing walkipg tr~I1to encompass the additig,nql park area. <br /> <br />lake Monroe Trail <br /> <br />CPH provided services for a multi-purpose trail approximately two miles in length that winds through wetlands, wooded uplands and open pasture land. <br />CPH prepared designs of elevated wooden boardwalks to reduce the impact to existing wetlands. The project included coordination and permitting <br />with the Water Manage!}1ent District as well a~ the Division of Historical Resources. <br /> <br />Volusia County, Fl <br /> <br />First Street Streetscape Project <br /> <br />CpR is currently contracted with the City of Sanford io provide a streetscape design package for a 6 block section of historic F1rsi Street, downtown. <br />The intent of this project is to closely match the streetscape of improvements previously completed on First Street. Close coordination with other <br />design firms involved in adjacent projects is of utmost importance as we provide seamless transition from one phase to another. Plans and services <br />include the conceptual and final design of a Gateway feature introducing the historic district. CPH is working with the city of Sanford to develop a <br />theme for this gateway to showcase the style and character unique to this historic area and incorporate the cities logo. As an integral element to this <br />design a strong emphasis will be placed on planting design. CPH is conducting design charettes to ensure input and direction from city officials and <br />other interested parties. This gateway is at the intersection of First Street and 17-92. <br /> <br />Sanford, Fl <br /> <br />CPH is developing up to three conceptual streetscape plans based on site survey data, review of phase one drawings, field observations and <br />interviews with city staff. The concepts will depict proposed improvements such as landscape bulb-outs at intersections, planter and street tree <br />spacing, implications to on-street parking, and paver layout. These designs will be presented to the city and the community for review and input. The <br />final package will include sidewalk and street curb layout, planting and paver design, parking layout, irrigation plans, lighting and electrical plan, site <br />furniture selection and layout, streetscape details and the gateway entrance details. <br /> <br />Engineers .
