<br />Ms. Rea has over 17 years of experience in construction
<br />program management, from project to senior level
<br />management positions. She has been involved in a variety of
<br />medium and large complex building project types including
<br />traditional design-bid-build, construction management-at-risk,
<br />design management, construction management and program
<br />management. Her assignments as owner's authorized
<br />representative range in value from $1 Million to $2.2 Billion
<br />with experience within the construction industry and design
<br />community. She has managed and successfully completed
<br />numerous projects that include: ITC Sun Guide Building
<br />Intelligence Corridor FHP/FDLE, FOOT District 6 Vertical
<br />Construction, Miami-Dade County; Lakeside Building Retrofit
<br />10000 FOOT District 6 Vertical Construction, Miami-Dade

<br />William Garcia, P,E. - Construction Management &
<br />Inspection
<br />r. Garcia has over 14 years experience specializing in the
<br />areas of Construction Engineering, Inspection and
<br />Management (CEI&M), Transportation Engineering Design,
<br />and Land Development. He has worked as a Project Engineer
<br />on various roadway and bridge construction projects with an
<br />aggregate dollar value of over $26 million. His knowledge
<br />includes all facets of land development/roadway design and
<br />construction inspections including urban and rural roadways,
<br />domestic water mains, sanitary sewer gravity and force mains,
<br />all types of drainage systems, and pavement design. Mr.
<br />Garcia also has extensive experience with local and state
<br />permit acquisition and processing. Project management skills
<br />from conceptual plan to construction are also a part of his vast
<br />experience.

<br />Luis Osella - Construction Management & Inspection
<br />Mr. Osella has 31 years of experience in civil engineering
<br />construction projects, large industrial facilities, hospitals,
<br />industrial housing, correctional facilities, buildings and
<br />roadways. In his extensive professional career Mr. Osella has
<br />held the positions of Project Superintendent, Design Engineer
<br />and Construction Project Manager. Mr. Osella has
<br />experiences developing databases for document's control and
<br />contract administration process for Hurricane Emergency
<br />Recovery Works for Florida Department of Transportation as
<br />debris removal, signs and signal repairs.

<br />Selvin Bruce, P.S.M., Task Manager - Surveying &
<br />Mapping
<br />Mr. Bruce has over 28 years of experience in various
<br />aspects of land surveying including Global Positioning
<br />System (GPS), construction layout, condominium and
<br />boundary and topographic surveys. His responsibilities
<br />include plat review, survey preparation and calculation,
<br />daily organization and scheduling of field crews and
<br />maintenance of Windows NT survey network. Mr. Bruce
<br />has successfully completed numerous projects such as:
<br />FEMA Dorm Drainage, Miami-Dade County; City of Miami
<br />General Engineering Consultant, Miami-Dade County; City
<br />of West Miami Drainage Improvements, Miami-Dade
<br />County; and Central Broward Water Control District,
<br />Broward County.

<br />Darryl Hauser, P,S.M. - Surveying & Mapping
<br />Mr. Hauser has over 13 years of experience and has
<br />worked in almost all areas of surveying and mapping in
<br />both the public and private sectors. He has worked in
<br />numerous locations such as the Tampa Bay Area, North
<br />Central Florida, Southern Maryland, and Washington,
<br />D.C.; prior to relocating to South Florida and working for
<br />over 12 years with the Florida Department of
<br />Transportation in Miami. Along with his many Florida
<br />Department of Transportation projects (see partial list
<br />below), Mr. Hauser also involved himself with two different
<br />technical advisory committees and has represented FOOT
<br />District VI at statewide surveyor's meetings; working to
<br />improve the quality of surveying and mapping for the State
<br />of Florida.
