<br />Pablo Bielecki, P.E. - Transportation Engineering
<br />Mr. Bielecki has over 9 years of experience in the design of
<br />roadway facilities. His Mr. Bielecki responsibilities include the
<br />design of horizontal and vertical roadway alignment for both
<br />the public and private sector, computed aided design in
<br />Microstation with the use of GEOPAK software, plans
<br />preparation to FDOT standards, drainage design and
<br />preparation of technical proposals and presentations.

<br />Wilfredo Rodriguez, PhD, Task Manager - Drainage Design
<br />Mr. Rodriguez has over 23 years of experience mainly in the
<br />area of transportation with emphasis in stormwater modeling,
<br />drainage design, permitting, stormwater management, and
<br />roadway design. Many of his projects have been for public
<br />agencies such as the Florida Department of Transportation,
<br />Miami-Dade County Public Works, Miami Expressway
<br />Authority and other cities and municipalities, as well as for
<br />private sector clients. As Project Engineer his responsibilities
<br />have included the execution of roadway design, plans
<br />preparation, drainage design, stormwater runoff permitting,
<br />preliminary engineering studies, pavement design, utilities
<br />coordination, maintenance of traffic, roadway lighting design,
<br />signing and pavement marking, traffic signalization and traffic
<br />planning.

<br />David Bishof, P,W,S., Task Manager - Environmental/
<br />Permitting
<br />Mr. Bishof is a Professional Wetland Scientist with 30 years of
<br />experience in the areas of wetland delineation, wetland
<br />mitigation, wetland monitoring, ecological assessments,
<br />wildlife surveys, environmental planning and permitting,
<br />environment assessments and impact statements. He has
<br />spent his career in Florida and fully understands the State's
<br />environmental priorities and challenges. His experience
<br />working in the public sector provides a valuable perspective
<br />that compliments his efforts representing the interests of
<br />clients seeking compliance and approvals of the governing
<br />agencies.

<br />Robert Stewart - Environmental/Permitting
<br />Mr. Stewart has over 15 years of field and project
<br />management experience in areas that Project Development
<br />and Environment (PD & E) studies, environmental permit
<br />compliance, ecological assessments, archaeological surveys,
<br />wildlife and endangered species, cultural resource
<br />identification and preservation.

<br />Carlos Mallol, P.E., D.B,A" Task Manager- Hurricane
<br />Recovery & Debris Monitoring
<br />Dr. Mallol has personally directed the relief efforts in
<br />several contracts and has developed specific procedures
<br />and programs to handle emergencies. Dr. Mallol has 28
<br />years of experience totally dedicated to the areas of
<br />construction. His emphasis has been in road and bridge
<br />construction with significant participation in the
<br />infrastructure development of Southeast Florida. Dr. Mallol
<br />brings the combination of both the experience of managing
<br />a road construction company that participated in over $1 00
<br />million of infrastructure work in South Florida and that of a
<br />professional engineering offering construction
<br />management consulting services for large civil engineering
<br />projects. In the area of Program Management, he has
<br />been responsible for setting up the organization and
<br />corresponding procedures for programs such as the $800
<br />million reconstruction effort in Miami-Dade County after
<br />Hurricane Irene and the No-Name Storm and the recovery
<br />efforts by FDOT Districts 1 and 6 after the 2004 and 2005
<br />hurricanes.

<br />Ernesto Marin - Hurricane Recovery & Debris
<br />Monitoring
<br />Mr. Marin has participated in project coordination, contract
<br />administration and monitoring progress of construction
<br />contracts for the $800 Million reconstruction efforts in
<br />Miami-Dade County after Hurricane Irene and the No-
<br />Name Storm, the recovery after Hurricanes Katrina and
<br />Rita in FDOT District 6 including Miami-Dade and Monroe
<br />Counties and is currently assisting in the coordination and
<br />documentation of the recovery efforts in Broward, and
<br />Palm Beach counties after Hurricane Wilma.

<br />Giovanni Bruni. Hurricane Recovery & Debris
<br />Monitoring
<br />Mr. Bruni has 25 years of experience as a senior project
<br />engineer and construction engineer mainly in project and
<br />construction management and/or inspection of medium to
<br />large industrial facilities. His experience includes the
<br />management database for overseeing the Hurricane
<br />Recovery (Charley, Frances, Jeanne and Wilma)
<br />documentation efforts for FDOT District I. Responsibilities
<br />include database construction, entry of truck certifications,
<br />load ticket information, verification of road types and
<br />project numbers, spreadsheet construction and verification
<br />of quantities required to prepare FEMA Project
<br />Worksheets for reimbursement.
