(Consul-Tech) <br />will be the Prime Consultant for this contract and will provide <br />professional design capabilities and expertise for all Civil <br />Engineering related projects, including general design <br />work; preparation of complete construction contract plans <br />and special provisions for the assigned projects; post design <br />services and bid administration. <br /> <br />Consul-Tech offers the utmost professional engineering <br />services with great attention to client satisfaction. <br />Professional services include the planning and layout of <br />residential, commercial, retail and industrial land <br />development projects as well as the design of domestic <br />water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm <br />water collection and disposal systems and site paving, <br />grading and drainage plans. We also provide complete <br />permitting services from federal, state and local agencies <br />accompanied by complete construction inspection services. <br />Relevant experience includes extensive municipal projects <br />such as municipal drainage improvements, parks & <br />recreational facilities, educational buildings, sport <br />complexes, hospitals and environmental studies, providing <br />engineering services which meet stringent standards and <br />requirements by regulatory agencies. Our staff is very familiar with <br />local regulations, permitting requirements and the City's <br />expectations.
