Consul-Tech is comprised of a talented group of experienced professionals well respected in the engineering community. Consul-Tech provides the diversity and level of experience in technical matters as well as strong managerial capabilities that will assure that the project will be completed in a timely manner and with the highest degree of quality. Consul-Tech offers strong local experience in the proposed disciplines and various important attributes that qualifies us for this very important project. III. PRINCIPALS AND DIRECTORS Consul-Tech is directed under the leadership of two principals, Mr. Carlos Mallol, P.E., D.BA and Mr. Andres Garganta. P.E. Each of them will be actively involved to ensure that all contract requirements meet or exceed the City's expectations. In addition to the two principals, the Board of Directors includes Wilma Hernandez, Evelio Chavez, P.E., Gil Portela, P.E., and Michael Platt, P.S.M. V. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & REFERENCES Consul-Tech is an experienced provider of similar general consultants engineering services. Our experience includes program management, civil engineering, surveying, permitting, construction management, roadway design, hurricane recovery and debris monitoring services, among other types of services required for this contract.
