<br />Most noteworthy, Mr. Rynning has recently overseen
<br />major infrastructure construction projects in Marion
<br />County and the City of Lake City as well as the City of
<br />Deltona. For the City of Deltona, Mr. Rynning serves as
<br />Public Utilities Engineer and advises the City Manager
<br />in utility and storm water issues as well as oversees a
<br />$20 million CIP.
<br />
<br />Mr. Lawrence E. Jenkins. P.S.M. will be responsible
<br />for surveying and GIS services for projects assigned.
<br />Mr. Jenkins is a vice president with the firm and has over
<br />15 years of diversified surveying experience. He has
<br />practiced land surveying since 1984 in the capacity of
<br />field crew operations and survey office technician and
<br />has served as project manager for Seminole County
<br />Public Schools' surveying assignments. Mr. Jenkins has
<br />successfully managed hundreds of major survey projects
<br />and has established an excellent reputation with clients
<br />for providing informed, prompt, efficient quality service.
<br />Mr. Jenkins experience includes as-built surveys,
<br />property acquisition surveys, platting, topographic
<br />surveys, route surveys and construction layout.
<br />
<br />Mr. Michael 1. Yost. P.E. will be responsible for any
<br />required structural engineering services. Mr. Yost has
<br />over 30 years of experience in project management and
<br />structural design of all types of building and
<br />infrastructure projects in the commercial, government,
<br />and military arenas of work. His projects include:
<br />educational facilities, recreational facilities, churches,
<br />medical and research facilities, office buildings, postal
<br />facilities, historic renovation projects, riverfront and park
<br />projects, parking garages, bridges, military projects,
<br />industrial facilities, and water and wastewater treatment
<br />facilities.

<br />Mr. Michael J. Labadie. P.E. will provide any traffic
<br />engineering/impact analysis, and road geometrics related
<br />services as needed. Mr. Labadie has directed many
<br />traffic and transportation engineering projects, including
<br />corridor studies, citywide traffic studies, roadway design
<br />
<br />projects, development impact studies, environmental
<br />impact statements, parking lot designs, signal system
<br />studies, and traffic safety projects. He has a total of 30
<br />years of experience in the field of traffic and
<br />transportation engineering. Mr. Labadie is currently
<br />overseeing traffic impact reviews which Tetra Tech is
<br />performing for local communities such as Hendry
<br />County, Florida.

<br />Mr. Eric Johnson. P.E. will serve as Civil Engineer of
<br />Record. Mr. Johnson has over thirty-two [32] years of
<br />experience in responsible charge of major roadway and
<br />bridge construction projects. He has served over
<br />seventeen years on construction projects financed and
<br />owned by the FDOT. Mr. Johnson provides Tetra Tech
<br />with expertise in management of construction projects
<br />including contractors, sub consultants, and engineering
<br />technical staff from initial construction to final
<br />acceptance. Mr. Johnson has managed and supervised
<br />engineering professionals providing the design of the
<br />Restoration of Secondary Canals and Residential Streets
<br />for DERM/FEMA in Miami Dade County. Mr. Johnson
<br />has extensive experience in concrete pavement
<br />construction and rehabilitation and has been in
<br />responsible charge of the construction of over fifty [50]
<br />structural steel bridges. Performed extensive
<br />constructability and bid ability review of all design
<br />projects approved for production while serving with the
<br />General Consultant for FDOT, District 3.
<br />
<br />Mr. John F. Neff. Jr. has over 32 years of project
<br />management, construction management and inspection
<br />experience with the best design/construction
<br />organizations in the nation. His responsibilities have
<br />included bid preparation, cost analysis, design,
<br />permitting, supervision, analysis, inspection, surveying,
<br />document control, field direction, subcontract
<br />administration, and project compliance. He has taken
<br />projects from conception through final completion with a
<br />track record of outstanding results.
