<br />Mr. David M. BU1!oci. P.E. will be responsible for
<br />electrical and instrumentation engineering services for
<br />this contract. He has over 23 years of design and
<br />management experience including electrical power
<br />distribution, associated site work, lighting systems, fire
<br />protection, intercom/communication systems, security
<br />and camera systems for numerous facilities to meet all
<br />codes, standards, and local building requirements. His
<br />facilities design experience includes water and
<br />wastewater treatment facilities, laboratories, offices,
<br />classrooms, computer rooms, ball parks, treatment
<br />rooms, corrosive and explosion-proof environments. Mr.
<br />Bugoci is also experienced with automation networking
<br />and system integration, process instrumentation design,
<br />programming, construction, start-up assistance, and
<br />operator training. He has served as Facilities Department
<br />Leader, Project Manager, and Project Engineer on
<br />facilities designs and industrial water and wastewater
<br />treatment plant upgrades, and has worked in Michigan,
<br />Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, Kansas,
<br />Alabama, Oklahoma, Virginia, and lllinois. He is
<br />currently working in the State of Florida for the Cities of
<br />Naples, Cape Coral and Port St. Lucie.

<br />Mr. Charles W. Drake. P.G. will provide hydrogeologic
<br />services as needed for this contract. His experience
<br />includes effluent disposal, wetland drainage impact
<br />analysis, Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) well
<br />development and substrate analysis. Mr. Drake has
<br />extensive experience in wellfield site evaluation,
<br />selection and development and has considerable
<br />experience in modeling groundwater flow, drawdown
<br />impacts, groundwater contamination, and calibration of
<br />these two- and three-dimensional models. He is
<br />currently hydrogeologic consultant to Sumter, Pasco,
<br />Lake and Walton Counties, the Cities of Lake City,
<br />Lakeland, and Naples. Mr. Drake's professional
<br />memberships include: Association of Groundwater
<br />Scientists and Engineers, and American Water Resources
<br />Association.

<br />Mr. James E. Christooher. P.E. will provide water
<br />engineering servIces under this contract. Mr.
<br />Christopher has over 27 years of experience with the
<br />design, permitting and construction of water and
<br />wastewater facilities. Projects where Mr. Christopher
<br />has served as Program Manager for the water facilities
<br />are for the Cities of North Miami Beach, Palm Bay, Port
<br />St. Lucie, Bartow and Dunedin. Mr. Christopher is
<br />highly qualified in environmental engineering, with
<br />special expertise in water resources and quality; raw
<br />water supply, treatment, storage and high service
<br />pumping system analysis/station permitting, planning
<br />and design; hydraulic analysis and water
<br />distribution/transmission, permitting, and design; and
<br />overall project construction administration and
<br />coordination of water facilities. Mr. Christopher has
<br />managed numerous water treatment projects. These
<br />projects included planning, permitting, design and
<br />construction management of aeration/chlorination, lime
<br />softening, membrane softening and reverse osmosis
<br />water treatment facilities and high service pumping
<br />facilities.
<br />
<br />Mr. John P. Toomev. P.E. will provide water and
<br />wastewater services for the City's projects. Mr. Toomey
<br />has over 27 years of environmental engineering
<br />experience and has been responsible for a variety of
<br />water and wastewater facility designs, transmission
<br />projects and pumping stations. He has extensive
<br />experience in the development and evaluation of
<br />wastewater treatment options and has written
<br />copyrighted process software to predict the steady-state
<br />performance of various activated sludge processes.
<br />Recent projects include: City of Lake City WTP; City of
<br />Plant City WTP, City of Winter Haven WTP
<br />Improvements; City of Mount Dora Subregional WWTP;
<br />Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach
<br />Process Evaluation and Capacity Rerating, and the City
<br />of Haines City WWTP Expansion.

<br />Mr. Jon D. Fox. P.E. will lead the water treatment
<br />engineering services for projects assigned. Mr. Fox has
<br />
