CMF INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. is an Architectural and Interior Design firm <br />with Construction Management expertise dedicated to provide its clientele excellent service in a <br />selection of projects in the government and private sectors. <br />· Reports: CMF will prepare reports for programming, planning, design, construction documents <br />and construction phase. Report would be based on visual observation and professional experience. <br />Analysis: CMF can analyze problems encountered and provide response as required based on <br />actual review and professional experience. <br />Graphic conceptual drawings. Our team of professionals can provide conceptual drawings for <br />presentation or more elaborate 3D models. <br />Color Selection and coordination. CMF can provide selection of color, materials and provide <br />coordination with clients as needed. <br />Inspections. Our architectural and construction management team of professionals will inspect <br />sites or projects and will provide professional review and comments to the client. <br />General Design Work. CMF count with professionals architects that can approach design <br />solutions to the client satisfaction. <br />· Preparation of complete construction contract plans and special provisions for the assigned <br />projects. CMF counts with professionals that can provide full set of contract documents required <br />for bids. CMF can assist the client until successful completion of the contract document phase. <br />· Public involvement. CMF will assist the department in preparing presentations and also be part <br />of Public Involvement presentations as required <br />· Post design services ( submittal review and responses 0 Request for Information) <br />CMF will assist the client in ~he bid process or during the construction phase as needed. <br />· Landscaping layout and design.
