The scope of services included the utilities master plan for the park, the scope verification of the master plan as it related to all utility requirement, the planning and design of all incoming utilities to the site and the impact the park would cause on the existing surrounding utilities. The scope also required resolving issues that would impact future growth of the park and its surrounding community. The scope of services included the design of Recreation Field Center, multiple soccer fields with bleachers, multiple baseball fields, fields to include lighting and irrigation, picnic shelters, restrooms/storage building, three parking lots with 268 parking spaces in total, and pathways. Technical Duties: Senior Project Manager responsible for site planning and coordination with civil all engineering tears or all utilities location and coordination of all future needs for the park. Preparation of design criteria for the documents and coordination with all engineering tears. Started 2000-Completed 2003. Senior Project Manager responsible for: site planning and coordination with civil engineering for all traffic constraints. Designing all amenities building structures as well as Designing the Taxi Cab Cafeteria; overseeing the preparation of construction documents and coordination with all engineering tears; and providing construction administration overview of the project. The construction cost of Phase I for this project was estimated to be $ 575,000.00, with the overall construction cost for all Phases at $ 3,200,000 dollars. o 9
