Southridge Community & Aquatic Center, Miami, FL. CMF was selected <br />to provide Architectural Construction Management as a sub-consultant to C3TS for a community and aquatic <br />center for Miami-Dade County, Department of Parks and Recreation. The total structure is 13, 369 sq. ft. that <br />include the community center bldg, restrooms, aquatic center, covered outdoor seating area, exterior and covered <br />breezeway. The pool area totals 11,977 sq. that includes a children's water play pool, a teaching pool, and a <br />competition pool. <br /> <br />Mr. Flores is to oversee the cost estimating and scheduling for the project, assist in the bid analysis of the project, <br />and oversee the construction administration for the project, including the application for payment review and <br />certification and the change order review. The Cost Estimate at 100% CD for the project is $ 5,301,231.Dollars. <br /> <br />The design phase was completed in October of 2006. The project is under review by the department prior to going <br />out for Bids. <br /> <br />8 <br />
