This <br />includes parking for 61 spaces, with access to Bird Road and 83rd A venue. This shopping center will house national <br />franchise such as Starbucks Coffee, Mattress Firm and Quiznos. <br /> <br />This building structure will consists of masonry walls, steel joist and light weight concrete roof structure, with steel <br />columns and frames for the impact glass store front windows system. The site work will include all the site drainage, <br />site lighting and landscaping as well as a lift station and force main that extends % of a mile, requiring the interaction <br />with FDOT and W ASD. <br /> <br />Technical Duties: <br />CMF INTERNATIONAL GROUP, INC. was selected to be the Construction Manager for The Bird Road Starbucks <br />Shopping Center, responsible for the construction implementation and timely delivery of the project. CMF will be <br />responsible for all permitting aspects of the project and the coordination for all trades, including the coordination of <br />the lift station and force main implementation. The project started in August 2007 and is expected to be completed in <br />February of2008. The Construction Cost is estimated to be $ 2.3 Millions. <br /> <br />\) <br /> <br />7 <br />
