Currently his responsibilities include client liaison, programming, design, <br />contract document management, cost estimating and construction administration. <br /> <br />Relevant Proiects <br />· Town of Davie Pine Island Park Aquatic Center <br />· Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority <br />· YMCA Aquatic Center, Hollywood, FL <br /> <br />Ms. Dunayer has been responsible for the design, space planning, construction <br />documents and consultant coordination for a wide array of projects. <br /> <br />Interior facilities design experience includes layout of existing furniture inventory <br />and selection of complementary new pieces, interior selection of finishes from <br />floor to ceiling materials, color, texture and patterns in agreement with client <br />and/or end-user preferences, contracting with several manufacturers to provide <br />clientele with best quality and pricing, design and detail of custom furniture and <br />millwork as per user requirements. <br /> <br />Past accomplishments include project management; design and production of <br />working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building <br />codes; site planning design; coordination of architecture, structure, plumbing, <br />electrical, air conditioning, safety systems and landscaping plans; review of shop <br />drawings and specifications.
