Her experience ranges from retail, food facilities and office <br />buildings at Miami International Airport to housing and day care facilities for HUD <br />and park facilities for Dade County, Additionally, she has been responsible for <br />management of several projects for USDA at various sites on M.I.A. property. She <br />has a solid background in all stages of Architectural Production from the <br />development of design concepts through construction observation and management. <br />Ms. Alleguez has an ability to efficiently plan, assign and supervise work of others <br />and produce documentation on schedule. She is also responsible for financial <br />management, marketing and business development, strategic planning, quality control <br />and client relations. <br /> <br />Ms. Alleguez' experience has always included the responsibility of acting as a client <br />liaison. Also, she has a major role in the production of all of the firm's work. As <br />principal of the firm she has established quality control procedures such as: project <br />check lists, production techniques such as our computer-driven specifications systems <br />and CAD systems.
